Metcon is a low barrier of entry class that is suitable for anyone of any age or ability level. This class does not require a foundations course so it is perfect for people who want to try CrossFit Acadia with no commitment!
Metcon focuses on simple functional movements and longer-winded workouts. These workouts typically range from 15 to 35 minutes and include structured mobility, a warm-up, workout review, and a cool down during the hour class.
Metcon classes are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:30 am.
