In wanting to be as streamlined as possible, and since video is my new medium (again) Im going to be putting up all content (media, and type) on Endurance WOD. Anything the CrossFit Journal does will be directly linked to the Journal via this site as well. Workouts will always be posted on CFE.

This is the start or a 6 week progression. Test any run you want… 1 mile to 10 miles. It does not matter. What does, is that you actually do this run before you start this an do this run after the 6 weeks. Follow the homework 1 – 3 times per week (before a run workout or by itself), and add nothing more than this template to your normal training routine.
